How do I restore my purchases?

Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID. Open Good Ear, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." All previous purchases will be restored automatically.

The app plays no sound

Make sure your device is not in Silent Mode (check the physical switch on the side of your iPhone or iPad). Also verify that the volume is turned up. Good Ear uses MIDI audio, which respects the system volume.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and works on all your iPhone and iPad devices. Practice statistics are stored locally on each device and are not synced between devices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone or iPad Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Good Ear → Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How long is the free trial?

3 days with full access to all content — all intervals, chords, scales, and melodies. No payment is required to start the trial.

What happens after the trial ends?

After the trial, you can still use Good Ear with a limited set of free content: all 12 simple intervals, 6 basic triads, and 2 scales (Major and Natural Minor). To unlock everything, choose a monthly or yearly plan.
