How do I restore my purchases?
Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID. Open Good Ear, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your lifetime access will be restored automatically.
The app plays no sound
Make sure your device is not in Silent Mode (check the physical switch on the side of your iPhone or iPad). Also verify that the volume is turned up. Good Ear uses MIDI audio, which respects the system volume.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID and works on all your iPhone and iPad devices. Practice statistics are stored locally on each device and are not synced between devices.
What content is free?
Good Ear is free to download and includes a permanent free tier: 6 intervals (Unison, Minor 2nd, Major 3rd, Perfect 4th, Perfect 5th, and Octave), 2 triads (Major and Minor), and 2 scales (Major and Natural Minor). No account or payment is required to access the free content.
What do I get with the Lifetime purchase?
The Lifetime IAP unlocks all four training modes in full: 24 intervals, 19 chord types with inversions and voicings, 35 scales, and Melodies. One payment, access forever on all your Apple devices.
